Battle of the Chefs

Recently, our Year 11 Hospitality students competes in the annual Diocese of Broken Bay “Battle of the Chefs”.

Madison D, Patrick E and Keely S did us proud with their mystery box and dessert menu items. Olivia D was our reserve and support crew on the day.
