Primary Disco & Carnival – a special fundraiser for Bryanthe

Primary students get excited because coming up on the very last day of this Term we have a Disco & Carnival spectacular!! The event is a fundraiser will all proceeds going to Bryanthe Pornillos and her family. You can read more about Bryanthes story here.

SESSIONS:

K – 2 : 4pm to 5:30pm

Years 3 – 6 : 5:30pm to 7pm

The event will be held in the school hall, and there is no special dress theme.

TICKETS:

The cost is $20 per person, which includes entry, sausage sizzle, drink and 4 tokens for the stalls (note 4 tokens will be enough for all stalls).

Please note: This is a CASH ONLY event.  

The preferred way is for parents to send cash in a sealed envelope which can be given to the classroom teacher ready for the night. This will give us a good idea of numbers for catering purposes. Of course, we will also be accepting cash on the night.

PHOTOS:

Kelly from Ivy & Teo Photography and Films is kindly donating her photography services for the event. For a donation, you can have a professional photo taken on the night of your children, or a friend group, infront of our special backdrop. Photos will then be emailed after the event.

STALLS:

In addition to the rockin’ disco, we will have stalls on the night for plenty of entertainment. Stalls include;

• Bake Stand
• Lolly Stand
• Parlour Bar (hair spray, face painting, body stencils)
• Glow Bar
