Soccer Gala at MCC!

The Year 5/6 CCC Primary Soccer Gala Day for all 11 Catholic Schools was scheduled yesterday at 2 venues in Bateau Bay, however the competition was cancelled when council closed both grounds. We had 12 teams entered from MacKillop.
We quickly decided to organise a round robin competition for our teams on the oval here at school so the kids did not miss out!
Our 6 boys teams played 5 rounds before recess, and our 6 girls teams played 5 rounds between recess and lunch!
The Year 9/10 students who would have been officials at Bateau Bay from MacKillop still refereed here at school.
The day was fabulous !!!
