K – 12 Grandparents Liturgy and Morning Tea

We were overwhelmed by the number of grandparents and great-grandparents who visited us today to participate in our celebration, which included a special Liturgy, Morning Tea and classroom visit. Our Grandparent celebration is the day before the Feast of Sts. Joachim and Anne, the Feast day of Jesus’ grandparents,  Friday, July 26.

Fr Philip led our liturgy this morning, full of love and gratitude for our grandparents and spoke of the special relationship and joy they bring to our families and community.

After the liturgy, our grandparents had time to share a slice of cake and a cuppa and enjoy the winter sunshine with their grandchildren.
