Year 12 sausage sizzle support
On Saturday 1 May, our Year 12 students and teachers hosted a BBQ at Lake Haven Bunnings. Throughout the day, students and teachers changed shifts to share the responsibility of serving our community. This initiative is one of many that our Year 12 students aim to complete during their final year of high school, in support of their two chosen charities: Central Coast Kids In Need and the Ronald McDonald Room at Gosford Hospital. Year to raise funds and awareness of these valuable local charities who have helped countless families in our community.
Thanks to a huge display of community support on Saturday, Year 12 were excited to share the news that they raised $1895 in profits which will be donated to these charities. Mrs Elcoate, Leader of Pastoral Care – Year 12, was overwhelmed by this and is extremely proud of her Year 12 students.
