A Wonky gift of self-love

Year 9 Fashion and Design students created Christmas themed fabric “Wonkies” for our Mini Vinnies Christmas hampers.

What is a Wonky, we hear you ask!

As we live in a world that expects perfection and attaches self-worth to that perfection, it is impossible for any of us to live up to this standard. A Wonky’s mission is to remind us that you don’t have to be perfect to be loveable. Purposefully made wonky, their imperfections make them one-of-a-kind and special, just like their owner!

We sincerely hope the new owners of these Wonkies love their imperfections as much as we do! Thank you, Year 9!
