Big Pelican

Mackillop Jump Art has been selected to be a part of the Big Pelican Project. This week our JUMP Art students were able to meet ‘Wattle’ the Big Pelican!

Rumbalara Environmental Education Centre (REEC) is partnering with Central Coast Council to deliver a great Creative Arts project this year focused on Tuggerah Lakes.

The end goal is to install the sculptures as a public art trail along a foreshore walkway as part of the Lakes Festival in November, 2022.

The project aims to engage, educate and connect our community with this magnificent estuary so that we can work together to protect and restore the lakes and catchment.
