Catholic Women’s League scholarship

Every year we are so honoured by being given a scholarship by the Catholic Women’s League, Diocese of Broken Bay. This scholarship provides $1000 to a female student each year for Year 11 and Year 12. This scholarship is hotly contested with forms having to be completed by the applicant and her family. The winner of this scholarship for 2018/19 was Bailie Stewart. Today Bailie and another three recipients from St. Peter’s, St. Joseph’s and St. Edward’s, were able to thank the Catholic Women’s League. The recipients, their parents and the School Principals or representatives were all in attendance at the luncheon on Wednesday 22 August.

Bailie spoke eloquently and thanked the Catholic Women’s League and outlined how this scholarship is assisting her to reach her dreams for the future.
