Commissioning Ceremony

Yesterday we held our Commissioning Ceremony, where our outgoing 2021-2022 Parliament were acknowledged for all of their hard work and efforts over the past year, and our new parliament for 2022-2023 were introduced.

What a wonderful ceremony. Even with some distancing and restrictions, we were so glad that parents and loved ones were able to join us and celebrate their kids and all of their accomplishments.

Outgoing Captains Milly and Preston spoke beautifully, and gave lovely addresses about their time as Captains, thanking their peers, teachers and family. New Captains Tessa and Ryley also gave their first official address as captains, and are so excited about the next chapter and representing our school with pride. We look forward to seeing what they do over this next year.

After the ceremony we held a special morning tea in our cafe for our guests and we say a big thank you to those who stayed for a little while to connect with others and spend special time with their children.
