Primary CCC Swimming Carnival
On Monday, 21 February 2022, 33 swimmers from our Primary school proudly represented our college community at the Central Coast Catholic Schools Swimming Carnival held at Mingara.
This carnival combines the top swimmers from Year 2 to Year 6 from all the schools on the Central Coast, with the top two competitors progressing to represent the Broken Bay in week 8 this term.
Our school also employed the help of the students from the Year 10 Physical Activity and Sport Studies classes who helped officiate the day. Their help was invaluable and very much appreciated by the Broken Bay and Swimming NSW convenors.
The competition was very tough this year but all of our swimmers represented our school with incredible pride and courage. Our only qualifier for the Broken Bay team in 2022 is Krystal L from Year 5, who will be competing in the Butterfly and Breaststroke events. Well done to our CCC swim team and good luck Krystal!
