Having attended a Catholic high school myself, I knew the opportunities, quality education, care and support that make up the Catholic community and I wanted to be part of it. The best part of my job is seeing the growth and development of the students I teach, not only with those ‘ah huh’ moments, but when they achieve their academic goals, and the pride and excitement they have when they do. The staff here always go above and beyond to help support the students, and I feel lucky to be part of such a caring community like MacKillop.

I love working at MacKillop for many reasons, as the students here have so many opportunities to thrive in and out of the classroom and they do well at it. The wellbeing of students is paramount and all staff play a vital role in looking after students which makes the place so positive. You cannot walk to a lesson without being greeted at least half a dozen times on your way from students.
